General Conduct:
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight at the villa. Visitors not checked in under the booking are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. Please use the safety lockers provided in each room. Management will not be held responsible for theft or loss.
• Loud music is not permitted after 10:00 PM to maintain community peace.
• Stag bookings are not permitted at this property.
Check-In / Check-Out:
• Check-In: 2:00 PM onwards
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges at the discretion of Wanderlust Lifespaces.
• Guests are requested to bear with us on check-in/check-out timings, as we require sufficient time to thoroughly clean and sanitize the villa.
Payments & Deposits:
• A refundable security deposit of INR 20,000 is payable at the time of booking. This will be refunded within 7 business days post check-out, subject to any damages or outstanding payments.
Meals & Kitchen Access:
• Complimentary breakfast is served daily between 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM. Service closes at 11:00 AM. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
• Access to the kitchen is on prior request and remains at the discretion of Wanderlust Lifespaces.
• Our staff will be happy to assist in purchasing additional items guests may require.
Smoking Policy:
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
• Guests may smoke outdoors or around the pool area. Please use ashtrays provided to dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and exercise caution to prevent fire hazards.
Toiletries & Amenities:
• Toiletries will be provided on request.
• Daily housekeeping and linen service is included.
Lost & Found:
• Lost and found items will be held for 14 days while attempts are made to contact the guest. If items remain unclaimed, they may be donated, disposed of, or otherwise handled at the discretion of management.
