• The property has an inverter backup which supports lights, Wi-Fi, and basic amenities only. Heavy electrical appliances such as geysers, heaters, and kitchen equipment are not connected to the inverter, as is common in hill stations.
• There is no onsite parking; however, a secure, paid public parking is available 5 minutes away. Porter assistance can be arranged.
• Winters can be extremely cold; extra blankets/comforters are provided on request.
• The upper bedroom is accessible via a wooden staircase and may not be suitable for elderly guests with mobility limitations.
