The Space:
* As you step into the Junglee Murgi villa, a comfy sofa sits on the left, beside a warm, modern electric fireplace in the living room crowned by a unique A-frame structure crafted from wood. To your right, a dedicated dining space awaits which seamlessly connects to a kitchen.
* Venture out onto one of the two expansive decks for a seat out in the fresh air, a yoga session under the open sky, or countless other activities to reconnect with nature.
* The ground floor accommodates the two bedrooms, each equipped with en-suite bathrooms featuring back-to-basics bathing option.
* The upper floor serves as the owner's private space and is not accessible to guests.
* Stepping outside the villa, there is a spacious common area with wooden benches and a comfy sofa in circular seating arrangement around a bonfire ideal for cozy evenings spent reminiscing with loved ones under a blanket of stars.
* Moving into the adjacent section of the villa, comfortable sofa seating invites you to unwind and enjoy shows on the TV.
* To the left, there is a convenient bar area to prepare refreshments for a memorable evening.
* Within the space, there is a dedicated reading space with bookshelves provide a selection of reading material, perfect for quiet moments of relaxation.
* The guests have access to the entire villa.

Just 22kms from Nainital, the town of Bhimtal is a relatively peaceful holiday destination. Amongst the many in Uttarakhand, the lake at Bhimtal is a great place to enjoy leisurely activities like boating, kayaking, zorbing and even houses an aquarium on an island within the lake! To explore more of Uttarakhand, you can even head to Sattal or Naukuchiatal for the day.

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we'd like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
* The villa is located in a secluded area
* All-male groups are not allowed.
* In case of a power outage, the power backup can support all basic lights and fans for up to 4-6 hours.
* Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
* Guests are advised to remain cautious of any bugs, insects, or animals as the home is surrounded by natural vegetation.
* Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
* This is a standalone property.
* Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
* CCTV cameras are installed in the living room, kitchen and the outdoor areas for security purposes.
* Stags are not allowed at the property.
* WiFi is available, though it is subject to network availability at any given time.

* Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors/ around the pool area. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire
* Our staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that guests may need.
* Breakfast is complimentary.
* Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm.
* Check-in time will be 02:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date.
* Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability and at the discretion of Lohono Stays, with additional charges.
